All items wear out over time. We will advise you of anything that needs attention (like paint or stain) and then supervise the work. Finally, we will make sure the snow is plowed, the hot tub serviced, the flowers planted and the lawn perfect. Our job is to keep your vacation home in pristine condition.

When you arrive your vehicle will be at the airport, fueled and washed. Your home will be open and waiting for you. The lights on, the heat warm, the blinds open, and the firewood stacked. The house will be spotless. The pantry will be stocked from the list you sent us and the dinner reservations will be made. Ice show tickets, rafting trips, catered events or anything else you desire can be pre-arranged and pre-delivered to your residence.
