CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations must be done by fax 208-622-3800, email to stay@svdp1.com or official letter to Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties, PO Box 7248, Ketchum, ID 83340. Cancellations for any reason received from time of booking up to 90 days prior to arrival forfeit their deposit. Cancellations for any reason received 90 days or less prior to arrival forfeit the full amount due.

Although rare, we reserve the right to provide accommodations of equal or greater value, at no extra charge, if it becomes necessary to relocate a guest or group should a property become unavailable.

Any damages that may be claimed by Customer against Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties for alleged breach of this Agreement shall be limited to the total amount of monies paid and shall specifically exclude any indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages. Each party to this Agreement consents and submits to personal jurisdiction over the party by, and venue in, the courts of the State of Idaho in and for Blaine County, Idaho, regarding any legal action arising from, or otherwise related to, this Agreement.

Insurance Coverage Includes: Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption which covers non-refundable payments and resulting costs if your trip must be cancelled or interrupted for unexpected injury, sickness, or death. Trip Delay up to $600; which provides coverage if you are delayed for more than 12 hours due to a covered reason at the beginning or during the course of your trip (certain limitations apply). Emergency Medical Transportation up to $50,000; if you become sick or injured on your trip.
